Completing the Kiln Charge is the final step in the process and closes out the workflow for this operation. By completing the Charge in Traece™ you finalize the data captured during the process and record it to the account making it available for future review.

Completing the Kiln Charge
NOTE: Before you can Complete the Charge, you need to ensure that you have unloaded all the material associated with this Charge.

You can complete a Charge by editing the Charge or directly from the Kiln Charge List by clicking the Complete button
Or, to complete from the Charge view, click the Complete Kiln Charge button
You will then be prompted to confirm the status change and add any optional notes you may wish to capture
Pro Tip: Although entering Notes are optional it is a good practice to enter helpful information during these transitions. All notes are recorded as part of the Charge history.
Click Save to complete the status change
You will now see the updated Charge View below. Notice how the status has been updated to Complete and the status change has been captured in the history
And with that the process is now Complete! You can view your previous Charges at any time in Traece™
