When a kiln charge reaches Complete status in the Traece™ Field App, it means that the drying process has concluded, and all materials have been successfully unloaded from the kiln. At this stage, you can review the entire history and details of the charge to ensure that everything went smoothly.
Here’s what you can do when a kiln charge is in Complete status.
View Charge History
The Complete status allows you to review all details related to the kiln charge. Here's what you can view:
Start and End Dates:
The exact dates when the kiln charge started and ended.
Associated Material:
A detailed list of all materials included in the kiln charge, providing an overview of what was dried.
Measurement Readings:
All moisture readings recorded during the drying phase, giving you a clear view of how the materials progressed through the drying process.
Kiln Charge History:
A comprehensive log of all actions taken during the charge, including when it started, the drying progress, modifications made, and when it was completed.
Description:
Any description added to the charge for additional context or details about the drying process.
By looking over the charge history in the Complete status, you can confirm that the drying process was successful and make sure that all actions were properly logged for future reference. This final review allows for transparency and accurate record-keeping within your kiln operations.
