When a kiln charge is in the Loading status in Traece™, you can continue to manage the charge by adding, removing, or loading materials and preparing the kiln for the drying process. This stage is critical as it ensures that all materials are properly loaded before the kiln charge progresses to the drying stage.
Here’s what you can do when a kiln charge is in Loading status.
Actions Available for a Loading Status Kiln Charge

Note: When the material is loaded, its status will update to Pending - Kiln, and the location will update to In Kiln.
Unloading Material
If you need to unload an item:
Click on the revert icon to unload the material from the kiln charge.
Note: When material is unloaded, its status will remain Pending - Kiln, and the location will revert back to its original location.
Proceeding to Drying
In order to proceed to the Drying status for the kiln charge, all items must be loaded into the charge.
By effectively managing a Loading status kiln charge, you ensure that all materials are accurately accounted for and prepared before the drying process begins. This level of control helps optimize the kiln operations, ensuring a smooth transition into the drying phase.
