You can view detailed information about the pack when accessing the Packs Item View on the Traece™ Field App.
Access Item View for Packs
Click on the Inventory button in the Navigation Bar
Click on the Dimensional Lumbers
Click on the Species - Inventory Number
You have entered the Item View for the Pack.
If the pack has been associated with a barcode tag or 2D code, you'll find it here. Additionally, all of the pack's images will be shown.
Item View Details
The Item View page will have four different tabs users can navigate through. These tabs include Data, Notes, History, and Associations.
Data
The Data tab contains the pack's Material Information, Specifications, and Pricing Information.
Material Information
Date Milled - When was the pack milled?
Status - What is the status of the pack?
Location - Where is the pack located?
Inventory Number of the pack
Species
Logs - Was the pack milled from logs?
Source Tree - Was the pack milled from a source tree?
Specifications
Thickness of the pack
Average Board Length of the pack (measured in inches)
Pack Width (measured in inches)
Number of Rows in the pack
Estimated BF
Minimum Board Width (measured in inches)
Minimum Board Length (measured in inches)
Characters - Each pack is unique, and some of its characteristics can affect its value based on your preferences.
When selling a pack of boards with various widths and lengths, inform the buyer of the shortest length and width using Minimum Board Width and Minimum Board Length.
Pricing Information
Total Price - Prices are calculated using the Pack board foot formula and species and thickness prices. Generated prices can be manually adjusted.
Pack Acquisition Cost - Track the cost of the pack
Notes
The Notes tab contains the Description.
Description - Provide details of the Pack that you wish to capture.
History
The History tab contains the status history of the Pack.
Associations
The Associations tab shows any associations between the pack, source tree, slabs, and logs.
