These changes are designed to provide the necessary tools for easier navigation, improved role management, and an overall enhanced experience. Let's take a closer look at what's new!
Clearer Permissions for Primary Admin and Admin Roles
To make things easier and more secure, we’ve made some adjustments to what Primary Admins and Admins can do:
Primary Admin:
Full Control Over Billing: Only Primary Admins can access and manage Billing and Subscription settings. Whether it's updating subscription details or payment information, it’s all under your control.
User Management: Primary Admins can only add, edit, delete, or activate/inactivate users easily, giving you complete control over who’s in the system.
New Billing Page: There’s now a dedicated Billing & Subscription page. You can find it by clicking on Settings and then selecting Billing & Subscription —making it faster and more straightforward to manage.
Admin:
View Only Access for Users: Admins can view the list of users but cannot make changes for Primary Admins and Admins. However, they will be able to manage other user roles.
Better Control with the New “My Account” Section
We want to give everyone more control over their own information. That’s why we’ve improved the "My Account" section, allowing you to:
Update Your Name: Change your first and last name anytime to keep your profile up-to-date.
Edit Your Email: Need to switch email addresses? You can now do that easily without hassle.
Change Your Password: You can now change your password whenever you want, making it easy to keep your account secure.
A New, More Organized Settings Layout
We’ve reorganized the Settings area to make it easier for you to find what you need. Here’s the new layout:
