Effectively managing inventory in the face of dynamic changes presents a challenge for mill planning. The use of milling requests becomes pivotal to streamlining this intricate task. This system fosters seamless communication among team members, enabling them to submit requests for milling requirements and deadlines. Such a structured approach ensures the timely fulfillment of orders and demands, contributing to an enhanced workflow facilitated by the Traece™ Field App.
Add A Milling Request
If you need to make a milling request, follow these steps:
Click on the Operations button in the Navigation Bar
Click on Milling
Click on the Milling Requests tab,
Click + New Request
Click on Due Date
Select a Date
Click Apply
Enter a request in Notes
Click on Add New Request
The milling request has been successfully added.
Edit A Milling Request
If you need to make any edits to a milling request, follow these steps:
Click on Edit
Make the updates
Click on Edit Request
The milling request has been successfully edited.
Sorting Milling Requests
If you have multiple milling requests, you can sort them by following these steps:
Click on Sorting
Select the sorting option
Click on Ok
Complete and Cancel Milling Requests
You will have the ability to complete or cancel mill requests.
After completing a milling request, swipe right and click the green box.
After completing a request, you can view it by clicking on Requests Archive.
To cancel a request, swipe left and click the red box.
Note: Once you cancel a request, it cannot be recovered.
