How-to use Configurable Reports on Traece™

Take control of report customization with our latest feature. Configurable Reports allow you to effortlessly configure and personalize reports to meet your unique needs and preferences.

Required User Level(s): Admin, Manager, Operator, and Visitor Only

Using Configurable Reports

You can use Configurable Reports on Traece for all material types, including Slabs, Boards & Beams, Packs, Logs, and Sources.

  • Choose the items for which you want a report for each material type.

  • Click on Actions

  • Click on Export to CSV/PDF

  • Choose the fields that you want to include in the report.

Note: Based on Material Type, not all fields will appear in Report Generator.

  • Click Generate

After downloading the file to your computer, simply click on it to access your customized report.

Saving Configurable Reports

In order to save the configuration for the reports, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Once you have selected the fields that you want to include in the report, click on Save Configuration

  • Provide a name for the configurations and then click on Save

  • After saving the configurations, exporting a report in the future will be much easier. You will need to click on the saved name and then click on the Generate button. By selecting the saved configuration, all the previously selected fields will be automatically selected again, saving you time and effort.

  • If you wish to delete the saved configuration, click on the 'X' and confirm by clicking Submit.
