Using Stackable Filters

You can use Stackable Filters on Traece for all material types, including Slabs, Boards & Beams, Packs, Logs, and Sources. To activate Stackable Filters, you can combine filters from My Filters, Common Filters, Upper Filters, and Filters.

Here is an example of how Stackable Filters work:

  1. The user created a filter displaying 6 to 70-inch length slabs. After selecting the filter, the results yield 35 slabs of various species.

  2. The user aims to refine the current results by applying additional filtering based on thickness. They opt for a predefined Common Filter to display results with a 6/4 thickness specification. After stacking the filter, the results are narrowed to 7 slabs of various species.

  3. The user hones their search further by selecting the specific species 'American Elm' in the Upper Filters.

The search results are narrowed to four American Elm slabs by stacking the filters, simplifying the process.
