Discovering materials on Traece™ has become more convenient than ever. With our newly introduced feature, you can effortlessly locate materials in your inventory. Inventory Browser simplifies the process by enabling you to categorize your inventory hierarchically based on your chosen criteria, streamlining your search and enhancing your overall experience.
Inventory Browser offers several benefits for managing and navigating an inventory system:
Efficient searching is a crucial feature that simplifies finding items. It saves time and effort by making locating specific materials or products easier within a large inventory.
Inventory Browser improves organization by allowing users to categorize items into a structured hierarchy.
An organized inventory facilitates informed decision-making by providing easy access to information on available items and their quantities.

Using Inventory Browser
From your left-hand navigation in Traece™, click on the Inventory Browser button
Click on the Filters button
To use the Inventory Browser, Group Inventory By is a requirement. To set the tier, select a category from the drop-down. The following categories will be seen: Material Type, Location, Status, Source Tree, and Species. You can use the Inventory Browser with various category combinations.
After selecting a category, you can use the Inventory Browser. You may also set up the other two tiers, Then Group By and Then Group By, to narrow your search.
Click Apply
Once you click on Apply, the following views will be seen as you navigate through the search:
In this example, the tier system is arranged in the following order: Species, Location, and Status.
Final View:
In the Final View, you have the option to view the details of an item, as well as edit or delete it.
If you want to make changes to the categories, simply click on the Filters button and then update the tiers accordingly.
