How to share an item with a customer on Traece™

Sharing an item URL in Traece™ to the customer is an important feature that can enhance your business operations. By sharing a direct link to the item, customers can easily access and view the product, leading to increased sales and improved customer satisfaction. Additionally, sharing an item URL with customers can save time and streamline communication by eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails or phone calls. This way, Traece™ makes sharing your inventory with customers and optimizing your sales process easy.

Required User Level(s): Admin, Manager, Operator

Note: Sharing an item URL for Slabs or Packs is only possible.


Warning: You must have Embed Pages setup for the public URLs to work

Sharing an Item URL

For the purposes of this document, we are going to focus on the Slabs portion of Traece™.

  • From your left-hand navigation in Traece™, click on Slabs

  • To share a specific item on the Slabs page, click on it

  • Click on Copy URL

  • Once you click on Copy URL, you will see Copied To Clipboard

You now have an exciting new feature at your fingertips - the ability to effortlessly share the URL of your Traece™ item via email, text, or any other messaging platform you prefer. This means you can easily showcase your products, specifically your slabs or packs, to your customers and potential clients with just a few clicks.
