How to add branding to PDFs in Traece™

Easily set up and start sending PDFs to your clients with branded headers and footers.

Required User Level(s): Admin only

Adding Branding to PDFs

  • Navigate to your Settings in the top-right of Traece™

  • Click Settings on the left menu

  • If you have not already done so, complete the fields listed in the Client Info tab.

Note: The information provided in these fields streamlines the PDF Branding process significantly and is highly recommended.

  • Click Save

  • Click the Settings tab

  • Scroll until you see PDF Options

    • Show Page Number: Selecting this box will add Page Numbers to your PDF when it is generated.

    • Header height (in.): This is the height (in inches) of your header. Admins may increase or decrease this height depending on preference.

    • Footer height (in.): This is the height (in inches) of your footer. Admins may increase or decrease this height depending on preference.

    • Regenerate: Clicking this button automatically populates your “Header content” and “Footer content” sections with information you provided in the “Client Info” fields, described above.

Note: You do not need to use the “Regenerate” button if you prefer to create your header and footer from scratch using the Text Editors for each.

  • Header Content

    • Use this Text Editor tool to customize your header to match your branding. You may use insert images such as your logo, hyperlink email addresses or your website, and change fonts and colors.

  • Footer Content

    • Use this Text Editor tool to customize your footer to match your branding. You may use insert images such as your logo, hyperlink email addresses or your website, and change fonts and colors.

  • Click Save
