Introducing Traece Support Chat

We’re excited to launch this easier and more effective way for Users to reach out and get direct help from our Support Team here at Traece™.

How to Launch the Chat

To use the new chat feature, all you need to do is click on the small message button in the bottom right of your screen whenever you are logged into Traece. From here, just type in your message and hit send. It’s that easy.

You can use this tool to request help, report bugs and even send us suggestions for new features. Really anything that you want to communicate with us about is a great reason to use the chat!

Live Chat with the Support Team

Live Chat is the best method to receive direct, live support from the Traece™ Support Team. From the chat you can send text, screenshots and even upload files! The more information the better in resolving your issues quickly!

Chat History

You can view your chat history at any time by going to Messages section of the chat found at the bottom of the chat window.

Live Support Hours of Operation

The Traece™ Support Team is available for direct, live in-app support during the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm EST

For after hours support, please send your requests through the chat as you normally would and the Support Team will respond to your request as soon as they come back online the following morning.

Reporting Issues, Bugs & Feature Requests

Support Chat is also the right place to log non-support based requests as well. Send us messages for any Bugs you find, Issues uncovered and even request New Features! The Chat will be your one stop shop for all communications directly to the Traece™ Team!

Additional Features

But live chat support isn’t the only thing we have planned for this new tool. In addition to support, we will also be rolling out integrated help docs, how-tos, tips & tricks as well as more consistent communication around new features and capabilities within the Traece App.

Integrated Help Documents

Another huge advantage of having an integrated in-app support experience is immediate access to the Traece™ Support Knowledge Base.

Over the couple of months we will be adding all of the Traece™ Support Documents into this Knowledge Base tool. These can be easily browsed through and searched at any time, directly from the Chat window!

Traece™ News & Announcements

In addition to support we are committed to more consistent and reliable communication around all things Traece™. You will now be able to access Traece™ News and Updates directly within the Support Chat by clicking the News icon at the bottom of the window.

Latest news will also show up directly in your chat feed anytime you open the window.

Future Enhancements

But this is only the beginning of what we have planned for this new Support Tool! Over the rest of the year we will be continually rolling even more support features and information to make your Traece™ experience best in class including:
